We may collect account information such as your name and email address, along with authentication details and usage activity. We may also collect uploaded lease files and text, file metadata, prompts, answers to guided questions, generated lease abstracts, and output files. Other information we may collect includes support messages, device information, and technical logs needed to operate Lease Abstractor AI.
Uploaded leases may contain tenant and landlord names, property addresses, rent terms, dates, renewal options, and other financial terms. They may also include legal clauses and signatures, along with exhibits and other commercial real estate information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process each lease file.
We use submitted information to provide AI lease abstraction and generate lease abstract spreadsheets, while storing abstraction inputs for later reference. We also use it to troubleshoot errors and secure the service, as well as provide customer support. Other uses include enforcing our terms and complying with the legal obligations that apply to the service.
We do not train models on customer documents or prompts, and that restriction also applies to outputs. Our abstraction and email providers process this content under contract solely to deliver the service. We do not sell user data, though we may use aggregate usage metrics that exclude customer content to operate the product.
Lease files are stored in private file storage tied to the account of the user who uploaded them. Our access controls and technical safeguards are designed to limit access to authorized users and service operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading documents you are not authorized to process.
We store files in cloud storage under your account. Storage access is limited to your account and the service role used by our processing functions. Anyone holding a signed link can download its file until expiry. Emailed download links expire after 24 hours. We delete unconfirmed guest uploads after 30 days. Account files stay until you delete the abstract or the account. Deleting an abstract removes its files.
Contact hello@leaseabstractor.ai to request deletion of uploaded leases, abstraction inputs, generated outputs, or information related to your account. Include the email address associated with your account and enough detail for us to identify the records. We may need to verify your identity before we can complete the deletion request.
Our contracted abstraction and email providers process customer content as needed to deliver the service. We do not share customer documents or prompts beyond those providers, and the same limit applies to outputs.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, with revisions applying to future use of the service. If you continue using the service after an update, the revised policy applies to that use.
