Last updated: 2026-10-01. These Terms govern your use of Lease Abstractor AI, whose AI-generated lease abstracts are workflow drafts. Those drafts always require human review before you rely on them for legal, business, accounting, or operational decisions.
Lease Abstractor AI provides software-as-a-service tools that use AI to help generate real estate lease abstraction drafts. These drafts include Excel-format lease abstract files, and the service currently works in English only.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. That responsibility extends to all activity under your account, and you may use the service only under applicable laws and these Terms.
You retain ownership of lease documents and prompts, as well as files and other materials you submit. You grant Lease Abstractor AI only the rights it needs to process that information to deliver the service.
We never sell user data or train models on customer content, including documents and prompts as well as outputs. Only our contracted abstraction and email providers receive and process that content, solely to deliver the service; we may operate the product using aggregate usage metrics that exclude customer content. We delete unconfirmed guest accounts and their submissions and documents 30 days after submission, keeping account documents until the account is deleted.
AI-generated lease abstracts may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they may be outdated or unsuitable for your particular purpose. Lease Abstractor AI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any output, abstract, spreadsheet, summary, or recommendation. We also do not guarantee their reliability or legal effect, or their suitability for business use.
You must review every AI-generated document yourself before you rely on it for any purpose. Qualified humans should check lease abstracts for legal, business, accounting, operational, and factual accuracy.
The service is not a law firm or attorney, nor is it an accountant, broker, or professional adviser. Its outputs are informational workflow aids only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its security. You also may not upload unlawful materials or violate third-party rights, and decisions using the service require appropriate human review.
Lease Abstractor AI or its licensors own the service and its software, interface, workflows, branding, documentation, and related technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any of that intellectual property to you.
For any paid plans or subscriptions we offer, fees and billing periods may be presented at checkout. Cancellation rules and additional terms may appear there or, with billing details, in a separate order form. We may modify features from time to time, and we may also suspend or discontinue them.
The service is provided as is and as available, with warranties disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Lease Abstractor AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. This limitation also covers losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may make changes to these Terms of Use from time to time. If you continue using the service after changes become effective, you accept the updated Terms.
