With an account
You get 5 free abstracts on signup, and your account keeps your abstract history in Files, where abstracts stay forever. You can resend or download abstracts anytime and build custom forms from our library for your reviews. Lease Analyst also answers your questions about the lease and includes citations with its answers.

Your first guest abstract is free, so you can start by trying one lease. You do not need a sales call to get started with that first guest abstract.
With an account
Your account includes 5 free abstracts, after which you pay $10–$12 for each abstract you request. See pricing for the available credit packs when you are ready to pay for more abstracts.

Every value cites its page and section, with confidence levels to help direct your review. We run 18 structural checks, and unsupported values stay null rather than being filled with guesses.
With an account
Your account keeps those same checks and lets you open previous abstracts for reference. You can also ask Lease Analyst to explain terms, with lease citations included in its answers.

Your guest abstract
Try it on one lease first; we do not train on your documents or share them beyond processing providers. Unconfirmed guest uploads expire after 30 days, at which point we delete those uploads.
